I didn’t come into this work by accident—like many other people, I have had my own journey with mental health, healing, and figuring out who I really am beneath all the noise. I know what it feels like to struggle with anger, disconnection, self-doubt, avoidance, ADHD, family dynamics, depression, and the weight of our own & the worlds expectations.
I also know the relief, clarity, freedom, and shifted perspectives I had of myself and the world around me that comes when you finally feel seen, supported, understood, and truly are ready to put in the real work. To call yourself out, see where you need to make changes, understand the effects of your environment in your upbringing to the adult you—you are now. It’s not meant to be easy—but it does make life easier once you start getting more curious on your current state, and start connecting to the real parts of you.
That’s why this work matters so much to me—being able to sit with people in their hardest moments—and help them reconnect with their strength, their truth, and their capacity for growth—is something I don’t take lightly.
My approach blends my professional training in counselling psychology, Internal Family Systems, and brainspotting with the lived wisdom of my own healing journey (which healing never truly ends). I bring curiosity, honesty, and compassion into the room—whether we’re working one-on-one, in couple’s, or in a coaching space.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating a space where you can explore, shift perspectives, and find alignment within yourself and your relationships. Because I believe when we feel more connected to who we are, everything around us starts to shift too.
